Upstate Garden

I am an avid gardener and every year we plant a fresh batch of seeds, seedlings, bulbs and herbs. This year was no different, a huge crop of parsley, dill, hot peppers, tomatoes, lettuces, lacinato kale, carrots of all colors and beets were some of the winners. We use all the herbs in our soups and dry and bottle what we don’t use, like thyme, oregano and marjoram!
